Terms of service

Drake Popstar AI creates one silent 10-second, 9:16 MP4 from a photo you supply, using APIPod Seedance 2.0 reference-to-video at 480p or 720p. The fixed reference supplies the mansion hallway, walk, camera, and champagne bottle. Your photo supplies the lead. The download does not include the original recording; you add the POPSTAR sound yourself when you post. You must have rights to the photo. Impersonation and unlawful content are not permitted. Likeness and motion can vary. Packs are one-time purchases: $9.99 for 50 credits, $19.99 for 100 credits, and $49.99 for 300 credits. A 480p video reserves 50 credits and a 720p video reserves 100 credits. Confirmed failed tasks return that reservation. Unknown provider outcomes stay on the original task. Purchased credits do not expire. Drake Popstar AI is independent of Drake, Justin Bieber, their labels, TikTok, and the song's rights holders.
